What Is Coaching?
Coaching is the practice of guiding a person from where they are toward the greater competence and fulfillment that they desire. Coaching helps people expand their vision, build their confidence, unlock their potential, increase their skills, and take practical steps toward their goals.
The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, or transitions in your personal life, relationships or profession. We examine what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be. Then your coach becomes your accountability partner.
Life coaching is a collaborative relationship between the coach and client that continually gives all the power back to you, the client. Your personal coach is trained to know the right questions to ask and has tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself.

How It Works
Before your first session, you will fill out a short questionnaire form about your life -your aspirations and the challenges that might come with them. Then at your first session we'll come up with a specific action plan to acheive your goals.
Each week, you will come to your sessions prepared with a pre-session questionnaire filled out. We'll review your goals - your successes and your challenges. I will offer suggestions and perspective that you may not have considered to help you toward your objectives. Then we'll revisit your action plan to set you on your way, making sure we've covered your agenda for the session.
With a daily commitment to your action plan, each 45-minute session we share should bring you closer to living the life you want!
